OEM Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for OEM orders? +

For custom shapes requiring a new mold: 1,000 pcs per design minimum. For existing molds with custom colors/packaging: 500 pcs per design. We can sometimes accommodate smaller quantities for returning customers.

How long does OEM production take? +

New mold creation + production: 40–55 days. Existing mold + custom color/packaging: 25–35 days. Sample only (before committing to production): 8–12 days.

How much does a sample cost? +

Sample fee is typically $50–$150 depending on complexity. This fee is 100% refunded or deducted from your production order invoice.

Can I see existing molds before designing a new one? +

Yes. We have 200+ existing mold shapes you can use as a base. Customizing an existing mold shape is faster and cheaper than creating from scratch. Contact us and we'll share the mold library.

Do you offer exclusivity on custom designs? +

Yes. Exclusive designs are yours — we won't sell the same product to any other buyer. Exclusivity applies to your specific color/packaging combination. An NDA is available.

What certifications can you provide? +

EN71 (European toy safety), ASTM F963 (US toy safety), CE marking, ROHS, CPC (US Consumer Product Certificate). Required documentation for Amazon and major US retailers is available for all products.
